Chef Maria Torres opened Ember & Vine in 2019 with a simple conviction: the best food doesn't need to travel far. Every week, our kitchen team visits the farms and ranches that supply our tables.

We don't just source locally — we cook seasonally. Our menu changes with what the land gives us, and we believe that constraint breeds the most creative cuisine.
